We are happy to offer returns & refunds for both local and shipped orders, please see our return policies below:

Return Policy For Local Orders

All local return requests must be received within (5) business days after purchase. All return requests must be made via email to team@savourclothing.com. Each return request must include the date purchased and item description.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours to arrange for your return & refund. Your refund will be posted back to the original payment method within (14) business days of your return being accepted and initiated. In some cases, your refund may also be received via a shopping credit.

Please note:

  • Savour Clothing does not accept returns on sale items. All sale item sales are final.
  • All items received must have the original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Return Policy For Shipped Orders

All return requests can be made online through Happy Returns by clicking HERE. You will need your order number and zip code associated with the order. 

We will respond to your email within 24 hours to arrange for your return & refund. Your refund will be posted back to the original payment method when your items have been received and meet the conditions below. Your refund will be posted back to the original payment method within (14) business days of your return being accepted and initiated. In some cases, your refund may also be received via a gift card/shopping credit.

Please note:

  • All items must be received by Savour Clothing within (15) days of delivery.
  • Returns can only be accepted on orders placed directly on savourclothing.com. 
  • When shipping back the order, the customer is responsible for paying a $8.99 processing fee, Savour Clothing will cover any additional shipping costs beyond this fee should there be any.
  • Returns are processed through Happy Returns and can be requested here.
  • Savour Clothing does not accept returns on sale items. All sale item sales are final.
  • All items received must have the original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • All U.S. returns must be processed through Happy Returns, returns will not be accepted if they are shipped back without Happy Returns. 
  • Any items received damaged, dirty or missing tags will be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee (over the top of the $8.99 fee as stated above) of the item's original value.
