Consignor Payments

We issue all consignor payouts through Checkbook.io. When a payment is released, you will receive a secure email notification allowing you to choose how you would like to receive your funds.

You can also opt for store credit at any time!

Important: Payout notifications come from Checkbook.io — not your Consignor Portal. Your sales activity is tracked in your Consignor Portal, but all payments are processed and delivered through Checkbook.

Direct Deposit (ACH)

Receive your payment directly into your bank account.

  • Open your payment notification email from Checkbook.
  • Select the Direct Deposit option.
  • Securely enter your routing and account number.
  • Funds typically arrive within a few business days after processing.

This is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your payout.

Print & Deposit Your Check

Prefer to deposit a physical check? You may print your payment at home.

  • Open your payment notification from Checkbook.
  • Select the Print Check option.
  • Download and print the check.
  • Deposit using your bank’s mobile app, ATM, or in person (bank policies vary).

This option allows you to receive payment without entering bank information for ACH.Make sure to DOWNLOAD & PRINT your check. If you print the email, no account information will be present on the check. You must download the check for the proper "image" to appear for deposit. 

How It Works

  1. You receive a payment notification from Checkbook by email.
    *Please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder for these emails. 
  2. Click the secure link in the email message.
  3. Select your preferred payment method.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment selection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my funds?

ACH transfers typically arrive within a few business days after processing. Printed checks depend on your bank’s deposit timeline.

I didn’t receive my payment notification. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder and search for “Checkbook" or "SAVOUR Clothing." If you still cannot locate the email, contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Do I need to create a Checkbook account?

No account is required to receive your payment. You simply follow the secure link provided in your notification.
