Consignor Payments
Here’s how payouts work, when you can expect payment, and where to check your totals.
Payout Structure
- Standard Payout: 30% net proceeds on sold items.
- High-Value Items: 50/50 split on items sold for $500+.
“Net proceeds” generally means the final selling price minus any applicable discounts/fees/taxes collected.
When Payments Are Issued
- Payout Timing: Payments are issued on the 15th of each month on all accounts with a balance of at least $20.
- Eligible Sales: We pay out for items sold during the prior period once the transaction is finalized.
- Where to Check: Your portal shows sold items, pending amounts, and payout history.
How You’ll Receive Payment
- Payment Method: All payments are emailed to consignors via Checkbook and can be accessed via ACH or Check. Store Credit is also an option at anytime, if you would prefer store credit, just let us know!
- Minimum Payout: $20.
