    Bring your items in, neatly packed. We’ll review, curate, and accept what we can confidently sell, then price and present each piece with care.

    Choose return or donation for unaccepted items. Anything we don’t accept can be returned to you or donated on your behalf—your choice.

Consignor Payments

Here’s how payouts work, when you can expect payment, and where to check your totals.

Payout Structure

  • Standard Payout: 30% net proceeds on sold items.
  • High-Value Items: 50/50 split on items sold for $500+.

“Net proceeds” generally means the final selling price minus any applicable discounts/fees/taxes collected. 

When Payments Are Issued

  • Payout Timing: Payments are issued on the 15th of each month on all accounts with a balance of at least $20.
  • Eligible Sales: We pay out for items sold during the prior period once the transaction is finalized.
  • Where to Check: Your portal shows sold items, pending amounts, and payout history.

How You’ll Receive Payment

  • Payment Method: All payments are emailed to consignors via Checkbook and can be accessed via ACH or Check. Store Credit is also an option at anytime, if you would prefer store credit, just let us know!
  • Minimum Payout: $20.

Payments FAQ

Where can I see what’s sold and what I’m owed?
Log in to your Consignor Portal to view accepted items, sold items, and payout history. If you need help accessing your account, email us.
What counts as “net proceeds”?
Net proceeds typically reflect the final sale amount after any applicable discounts/fees/taxes collected. 
When will I get paid for an item that sold online?
Online orders may require a short processing/return window before a sale is considered finalized. Once finalized, the sale will be included in the next payout run based on our payout schedule.
I need to update my payment details—what do I do?
All payment details are handled directly through Checkbook. When your payment is initiated from SAVOUR Clothing, you will get an email from Checkbook. At that time, you can establish your bank account information with them.
