Next Steps
1. Inventory Processing
Please allow up to 3.5 weeks for your items to be inventoried and added to your Consignor Portal.
Sometimes we are ahead of schedule and sometimes we run slightly behind, but our goal is always to process your items as quickly as possible while maintaining accuracy and quality.
2. View Your Items Online
Once your items have been inventoried, you will receive an email notification letting you know they are ready to view in your Consignor Portal.
Mobile Device Users:
If you are viewing your portal on a mobile device, you may notice that not all of your items appear immediately. Simply press and hold the light gray bar at the bottom of the item list and drag to reveal additional items.

3. Sale Notifications
Whenever one of your items sells, you will receive an email notification showing:
- Which item sold
- Your portion of the sale
- Your current account balance
4. Receiving Payment
Consignor payouts are issued when your account balance reaches $20 or more during a calendar month.
- Payments are initiated on the 15th of each month
- Payments are sent electronically through Checkbook.io
- Funds can be deposited directly into your bank account via ACH

5. Missing Your Inventory Email?
If you have not received an email from us within 4 weeks of your appointment, please contact us immediately.
In most cases, this means we may have an incorrect email address on file, and a valid email address is required for inventory notifications, sales notifications, and payments.
6. Add More Items Anytime
You are welcome to add additional items to your account at any time by scheduling another consignment appointment.

Why can't I see all of my items on my phone?
Some mobile devices do not automatically display the full item list. If you notice missing items, press and hold the light gray bar at the bottom of the item list and drag to view additional inventory.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for accounts with a balance of $20 or more.
How are payments sent?
Payments are issued electronically through Checkbook.io. You can choose to deposit funds directly into your bank account via ACH transfer or receive an electronic check by email.
Can I receive store credit instead of a payment?
Absolutely. To switch your account to store credit, simply email team@savourclothing.com.
What happens when one of my items sells?
You will receive an email notification showing the item that sold, your share of the sale, and your current account balance.
Can I bring in more items later?
Yes! You can add items to your account at any time by scheduling another consignment appointment.
What happens to items that do not sell?
Non-luxury items remain on the sales floor for at least 90 days, while most luxury items remain active for up to 180 days. At the end of the consignment period or when we determine to return your items, items are handled according to the return or donation option selected during your appointment.
